  2. All faulty phones under warranty will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
  3. Repair of faulty mobiles that are 'Out of Warranty' at a cost.
  4. Stock of accessories and spare parts.
  5. Direct contact with customers with regard to proper usage of their phones. This can also be done in correspondence via our email: Aftersales@airtelng.com.
  6. 24 hours service delivery with regard to phone repairs and replacement.
